NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID: 07V550000 Mfg\'s Report Date: NOV 30, 2007 Component: AIR BAGS:FRONTAL:SENSOR/CONTROL MODULE Potential Number Of Units Affected: 56 Summary: ON CERTAIN VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH THE ADVANCED PASSENGER SEAT AIR BAG WEIGHT SENSOR SYSTEM. A MALFUNCTION CAN OCCUR IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM (SRS) ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT (ECU) SOFTWARE WHEN THE BATTERY IS NOT FULLY CHARGED. Consequence: IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH, THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG AND PASSENGER SEATBELT PRE-TENSIONER MAY NOT DEPLOY INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURIES.
